Congratulations to our winner for the trip to Ireland - Kelly Wirt. She was born on St. Patrick's Day and she is the cousin and niece of two of the people who accompanied last year's winner. Talk about the Luck of the Irish!

The Missouri River Irish Fest is produced by the Irish Chapter of the St. Charles Sister Cities Programs. The Sister Cities Programs have had an active exchange with Ludwigsburg, Germany for over 10 years and is currently seeking a sister city in Ireland and France.
